La variabilité génétique due aux éléments transposables des génomes. Etude de génétique et génomique des populations sur les modèles drosophiles et anophèles

- Polymorphisme d’insertion de divers éléments : leur localisation sur les chromosomes polytènes dans des populations naturelles de D. melanogaster et D. simulans. Test des modèles de régulation du nombre de copies. Influence de la structure des populations sur leur charge en éléments transposables, relations avec la taille des génomes. Comparaison avec C. elegans et A. gambiae.
