I have been at LBBE since November 2009 working with Vincent Daubin and Eric Tannier in the context of the ANR project PHYALRIANE. From 2011 May I will continue work at LBBE as a Marie Curie Fellow. My work is aimed at reconstructing the history of genomic descent (the tree of genomes) together with inference of the genomic process (Duplication Transfer and Loss) that relate it to the histories of its constituent parts (the forest of gene trees).
