    - devlopment of the dnaPipeTE pipeline, for assembly, annotation and analysis of transposable elements sequences in raw NGS dataset (collab. Laurent Modolo)

  • dnaPipeTE

    During my PhD I developped a bio-informatic pipeline to analyse transposable elements in none assembled genomes.

    dnaPipeTE allow to find, annotate and quantify repeateted DNA in low coverage short read samples.
