The role of the host microbiome in Daphnia-food stress interactions
In aquatic ecosystems, food stress (more in particular cyanoHABS, cyanobacterial harmful blooms) has a strong negative impact on zooplankton grazers, and through the food web, disrupt the whole freshwater community.
