On the evolution and ecology of associations between hosts

Research in the lab focuses on the evolution and ecology of associations between hosts (mostly insects!) and the organisms that infect them, from parasites and pathogens to obligate mutualists, from nematodes and parasitoids to inherited bacterial endosymbionts.
